Amphibia
Amphibians are one of the more basal groups of tetrapods on both worlds. They are generally speculated to be the ancestors of all modern terrestrial chordates, though there is some evidence suggesting mammals may not be direct descendants of amphibians at all. Nevertheless, this evidence is very sketchy in both worlds.
