Myriapoda
Myriapods contain, for the most part, centipedes and millipedes. Despite their names, neither carries 50 or 500 pairs of legs, respectively. Centipedes tend to be active, voracious predators of small lizards, mammals, amphibians and invertebrates on both HE and DW, though Younginiformes are the preferred reptilian prey in the latter. Millipedes, on the other hand, are slow-moving herbivores that eat leaf-litter.
